Cowan Vision Insurance is separate from the Health Insurance.

Vision Insurance is provided through VSP.  Unlike the Health Insurance, VSP Vision Insurance does not require a card to carry.  Employees should make sure that the eye doctor you choose accepts VSP.  If they accept VSP, your benefit information is stored in the VSP database and the eye doctor can access your benefits directly.

Attached is a flyer with information on your vision benefits, along with information about setting up a VSP login for their website to access all available information.

Not all Cowan employees have Vision Insurance provided.  Check your benefit package or call the Cowan Central Office to find out if you have vision insurance provided to you or if you are eligible to purchase vision insurance.

All teachers are provided VSP vision insurance at No Cost.
