- With at least one resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and
- Without outstanding debt for AT&T fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program.

Who Qualifies for the Families Program
- Have at least one child who qualifies for the National School Lunch Program. (Cowan believes this is families currently eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch.)
- Do not have outstanding debt to Comcast that is less than a year old. Families with outstanding debt more than one year old may still be eligible.
- Live in an area where Comcast Internet service is available but have not subscribed to it within the last 90 days.
How It Works
- Start your application online - you may be instantly approved.
- If required, Comcast will send you an application package in the mail with next steps. In order to complete the application process, you will need to provide the required documentation as proof of your eligibility for the program.
- Comcast will review your completed application.
- If approved, you will receive a welcome kit and internet equipment in 7-10 business days.
- Use the step-by-step guide included with your internet equipment to set up your service.
