USDA meal programs for children operate all summer! To find the nearest summer meal site, call 211 or text ‘Summer Meals’ (English) or ‘Verano’ (Spanish) to 914-342-7744. Households in need of assistance any time of the year can call the USDA National Hunger Hotline at 866-3-HUNGRY to speak with a representative who will find resources, such as summer meal sites, food banks, and other nearby social services.

                                     High School Cafeteria Reminders for Parents: 
  • Lunch money WILL NOT be taken by the cashier when you go through the lunch line.
  • You may deposit money in the mail boxes outside the library, in the north hall or in the band hall Monday thru Friday by 10:00 AM. 
  • Make sure your name and lunch account number is on your check or on the envelope if you deposit cash. 
  • If a student runs out of lunch money funds, they will be permitted to charge up to $10.00.
  • The school will NOT provide envelopes.

My School Bucks

 My School Bucks is the system in place for making breakfast or lunch payments. Parents may register for a new account at 
My School Bucks to pay or monitor your child's account.   There is a $2.75 transaction fee for each transaction per student to add money via My School Bucks.

 Cowan is partnering with Chartwells to oversee the cafeterias in both buildings this year.  Chartwells will be providing an expanded menu with nutritional information available.  Please view the menus on the Nutrislice website or consider downloading the APP from the App Store or Google Play.
