  Hello! I'm Tiffany Turner and this is my  second year at Cowan Elementary.  I am a native to the Cowan area and I am so thankful to be a part of this great corporation.  Before coming to Cowan, I worked for the Delaware Community School system for 11 years.  I have several responsibilities at Cowan, all focusing on helping students meet their academic potential.
